3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing details, including applicable taxes and fee information, will be given before service commencement. Payments are due as per the agreed terms in the invoice and due payments may lead to additional charges or service suspension.

4. Liabilities and Limitations

We provide you with reliable service. Future Track Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, customs regulations, or third-party disruptions. If any loss or damage occurs, your claims will be reported within 15 days of delivery.

5. Client Duties

You must ensure that goods comply with all applicable laws & regulations as they do not include prohibited items. If you do not fulfill the given requirements, it may result in service denial or extra charges.

6. Data Protection

Client information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We secure your data confidentiality and will not share it without consent.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate our services if you violate any terms or unforeseen circumstances arise.

8. Governing Law

These terms & conditions are governed by the law and regulation. If any disputes occur, they will be resolved under these laws.
